We hope this newsletter finds you well and enjoying the fresh start of spring. As we move toward Term 4, we’d like to share a combined update for September and October — and extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued support and kindness.
Welcome to Our New Host Families
A warm welcome to those who’ve recently joined the Homestay Plus community.
Hosting international students is more than offering a place to sleep — it’s about sharing cultures, building friendships, and creating memories that stay with students for a lifetime. We hope your experience so far has been rewarding and meaningful.
Police Vetting (PVS) Renewal Reminder
If you have been with us for over three years, it may be time to renew your Police Vetting Service (PVS) clearance.
Please check your email inbox — if you received a renewal notice, we kindly ask you to send back:
- Your completed PVS form
- A copy of your photo ID
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and compliant homestay environment for all students.
Preparing for the January 2026 Group
We have started early preparations for the January group, which is always our busiest intake of the year.
Over the next two months, our team will be:
- Confirming host availability
- Processing police vetting
- Scheduling home visits (starting November)
- Finalising transport and programme details
Your timely responses greatly help us plan smoothly — thank you in advance.
