We hope you’re doing well in this chilly weather. We have some important updates regarding your house condition and hosting arrangements. Your cooperation in addressing the following matters would be greatly appreciated:
- House Condition and Renovations: Please inform us if there are any ongoing renovations or fixes in your home. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our students.
- Guests or Visitors Staying: Let us know if you have any guests or visitors staying in your home. This helps us maintain accurate records and ensure student security.
- Residents Under 18 Years Old: Ensure that your inspection date for hosting students under 18 does not exceed three months.
- Residents Over 18 Years Old: Ensure that your inspection date for hosting students 18 or older does not exceed six months.
- Profile Information: Please review and update your profile information. Accurate details help us make informed decisions and maintain hosting standards.
Our team will review all family profiles starting this week. If necessary, we may contact you for an online inspection using FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, or Facebook Messenger. Please have at least one of these applications installed on your phone.
If anyone has moved into your home, please inform the HP team immediately for the police vetting process and school notification.
